Where should I start?
Hey, right now Im 17, about 185lbs with some body fat, I am looking to get rid of some body fat aswell as gain some muscle. I used to take Cell-Tech, but I recently found out it is way overpriced. However, I did notice great results with it. But what would you guys recommend?

I didnt think 17 was bad for supplements, I know Steroids are not right for my age.

Definately check out the diet section. Read the "how to cut" and "how to bulk" stickies.
They will get your diet in check for weightloss or muscle gain. Toss in a protien shake, and some creatine, and you are golden.
