Bottled protein any good?
I was looking at the protein drinks made by Isopure and some other companies. I was wondering if they are any good, taste and protein quality wise. I'm sure you have all seen them, they come in cases of 12 or 24, with rediculous fruity names . Let me know, it would make uping my protein intake ALOT easier. Thanks all

isopure and all those companies typically use low quality protein and a ton of preservatives. They taste pretty good, but leave a "chalky" taste in your mouth. They are worth it if you want something tasty to drink, but I would rather save my $3 and chug one of my own down.

The protein is worthless for what you pay. It degrades pretty rapidly.
I dont know how a scoop and a shaker is considered hard.
Also, no one got huge from protein powder. Real food always best.

Agreed. These liquid protien drinks are garbage, they have to filter the shit so much, and I believe they heat the shit out of it during the filtering process that there is very little protien in them, def wouldnt match up to the label claims in most cases.
