When/What Supps to take (13 steps)
I came across this supplement plan that will "yield for maximum muscle growth". The 2 main things are, what to take, and when to take it.
Step 1 (Before breakfast...about 30 min. before you eat)
-5g BCAA
-5g Arginine
-5g Glutamine Peptides
**Taking them on an empty stomach as soon as you wake is a great way to help your body go from being catabolic from sleeping to being anabolic as soon as possible.**
Step 2 (With breakfast)
-1 multivitamin
-1000mg vitamin c
-400 IU vitamin e
-2g fish oil
-100 mg 20-beta-ecdysterone(**turns on protein synthesis, so its good to take throughout day with protein**)
Step 3 (shortly after breakfast....an hour after)
-1.5g acetyl-L-carnitine
Step 4 (lunch)
-100mg 20-beta-ecdysterone
Step 5 (1-2 hours pre workout)
-400mg caffeine anhydrous
Step 6 (1 hour pre workout)
-500mg tribulus terrestris (only on workout days)
-1.5g acetyl-L-carnitine
Step 7 (30 min pre workout)
-5g arginine
-5g glutamine peptides
-5g BCAA
Step 8 (Immediately pre workout...a shake)
-20g whey protein isolate
-40g simple carbs
-5g creatine
Step 9 (immediately post workout)
-5g glutamine peptides
-5g BCAA
Step 10 (30 min. post workout)
-50g whey protein
-100g simple carbs
-5g creatine
-100mg 20-beta-ecdysterone
Step 11 (dinner)
-1 multivitamin
-1000mg vitamin c
-3g fish oil
-100mg 20-beta-ecdysterone
Step 12 (30-60 min. before bed)
-1 dose of ZMA
Step 13 (immediately before bed)
-5g arginine
-5g glutamine peptides
**both arginine and glutamine increase the release of growth hormone . taking them before bed helps to maximize this anabolic hormones levels during the time it peaks--when you are asleep.**
There are other descriptions for all the steps, but I didnt feel like typing them all out. Just google search and you can find out what they do, if you dont know already, and it all basically makes sense.

what a pain in the ass.
Ive been off supps for about 6months Im just as strong, same weight and even a tad more cut. Most of all alot less broke

im with bigsexy those are basically the supplements I take except for the 20-beta-ecdysterone...I also take Waxy Maize Starch on high carb days. you need BCAA, glutamine, arginine, zma, protein, creatine...these are the foundations to a regimented routine and of course a clean diet.

Well Im not saying I agree or disagree with it. But by the looks of those supps and the time to take them, and the reason they give. It all seems pretty legit and unbullshitish.
It looks like a really good outline for people that dont have their supps in order and for people that may need to help in their current rountine.
I might go ahead and buy them and see how it works for awhile.

I take fish oils, multi's and BCAA's im a college student so thats already more than I can afford, that schedual would run you like 200 bucks a month

Yeah that is def about $200 a month in supplements alone! With a ridiculous schedule
