I came across this supplement plan that will "yield for maximum muscle growth". The 2 main things are, what to take, and when to take it.
Step 1 (Before breakfast...about 30 min. before you eat)
-5g BCAA
-5g Arginine
-5g Glutamine Peptides
**Taking them on an empty stomach as soon as you wake is a great way to help your body go from being catabolic from sleeping to being anabolic as soon as possible.**
Step 2 (With breakfast)
-1 multivitamin
-1000mg vitamin c
-400 IU vitamin e
-2g fish oil
-100 mg 20-beta-ecdysterone(**turns on protein synthesis, so its good to take throughout day with protein**)
Step 3 (shortly after breakfast....an hour after)
-1.5g acetyl-L-carnitine
Step 4 (lunch)
-100mg 20-beta-ecdysterone
Step 5 (1-2 hours pre workout)
-400mg caffeine anhydrous
Step 6 (1 hour pre workout)
-500mg tribulus terrestris (only on workout days)
-1.5g acetyl-L-carnitine
Step 7 (30 min pre workout)
-5g arginine
-5g glutamine peptides
-5g BCAA
Step 8 (Immediately pre workout...a shake)
-20g whey protein isolate
-40g simple carbs
-5g creatine
Step 9 (immediately post workout)

Step 11 (dinner)

Step 13 (immediately before bed)

**both arginine and glutamine increase the release of growth hormone. taking them before bed helps to maximize this anabolic hormones levels during the time it peaks--when you are asleep.**
