I take it 5g right after the workout out mixed with a high glycemic beverage. Some people take it before and after.
I have regular creatine monohydrate and use it pre and post workout....5grams each, maybe a little more.
I read not to take it at the same time a glutamine if you are supplementing with this also.
I take 5g with my PWO shake, then my glutamine with my PWO meal.
i take krealkalyn 1 in the morning, 2 b4 workout, 1 during, 1 b4 bed. until i took this amount it didnt work for me.

5 grams before, 5 grams after, on non workout days take 5 grams in the morning with your breakfast.
