    Supplement for joint health

What would you all recommend?I'm noticing a small degree of pain in my wrist and shoulder after workouts and a couple of days prior.I am sure its not the muscle hurting.I feel as though a supplement for joint maintenance would not be a bad idea regardless.Thanks.

I have had excellent results from glucosamine. I thoroughly reccomend it. Took a couple of weeks to feel benefits but now I would not be without it. 2g daily for me.

glucosamine, I take 1500mg per day, I have a really bad ankle and knee, Ive broken my ankle twice, I have constant pain every day during the cold weather, with the glucosamine I feel no pain at all.

Try either Triple Flex by Naturemade or Move Free by Schiff. Both contain chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine, plus either MSM or hyaluronic acid. They saved my knees during the year-long senshusei course.
