Has any one experienced indigestion from taking BCAAs on an empty stomach? I take my morning BCAAs half way through my training session, lately its been causing really bad indigestion, within half an hour of taking them it feels as if i have a brick in my stomach, and the pain lasts all day, it makes it hard to eat, anyone experiences this before, I guess maybe ill just start taking them with a shake or something, what do you think?
