Tribulus Terretris

Has anyone had good results using the stuff? Any idea on the shelf life? A buddy of mine has a few bottles from a little over a year ago (never opened) and I was thinking about giving it a try. Benefits? Sides? Thanks!

By the way, I'm on a cut right now so I might have to wait until a maintenance/bulking stage...?

I dont think it done anything for me with regards to size and strength. I did feel a bit hornyer than usual in the morning though which is always a bonus

waste of time and money...IMO...if you're 50 maybe...still, haven't seen any studies published (besides those put up by manufacturers) to support any claims, or have seen too many contradicting ones...there's a reason it's been sitting in your buddy's shelf un-opened for a year, no?

I hit it up and noticed a couple xtra reps on bench... I like it but if your gonna hit it up, get the vitrix and stack it with 6 oxo you'll notice it.

in my own experience, i didn't notice anything from bulgarian tribulus terrestris and it is expensive! im sure my natural testosterone increased by a small amount but nothing i could notice
