Need to make a decision on supplement??

which supplement is the most effective for joint pain relief:-

    1. glucosamine sulfate
    2. glucosamine gonchrotin (spelling)
    3. glucosamine MSN
    4. fish oil

I only need to buy one, so help me decided with a valid reason.

glucosamine sulfate is glucosamine by itself
glucosamine + chronrotin (sp?) - 2 diff ingredients
glucosamine + msm- 2 different ingredients

ive had the best luck w/ glucosamine + msm in the past...if im not mistaken they do make joint supplements w/ all three (glucosamine, chronrotin & MSM) included

I am on all three for the first time. All are within one capsule. It has been five weeks and I have felt minimal (if any) results. However the weather is colder here now and I think it will take a little more time to instill itself.

a pharmacist at the drugstore recommend first timers should start with glucosaminae sulfate for the first 2 months, and then if the taker feels that they want more they may progress to glucosamine gondochrotin or glucosamine MSN.

Do u have any contradict thoughts based on experiece with those supplements, please share them here.

Yes I did, his reasons were as I stated above but in the end he say trully speaking it is a matter preference and cost of packaging the brand.

I take all the above! - Glucosamine, chondoitrin, msm and fish oils!

People who don't work out end up with fucked up joints in their old age so imagine how our joints are going to end up if we don't look after them with all the extra stress and strain we put them under.
