    i really like it. a lot of ppl on this forum dont tho cause of some of the ingrediants in it. personally tho i have had only positive experiences with it.

    only real reason to buy muscle milk is for taste, but even that doesnt justify the price. way too expensive, if price was half of what they normally charge they would still be on the high side. best protein for the money is optimum nutrition 100% whey. can get 5 lbs -about 80 servings of 24grams of protein for as low as $28 with shipping.

    Yup couldnt say it better myself. that muscle milk is like dessert though, taste reallll good. but My ON whey taste pretty damn good as well.

    Like everyone else has said Muscle Milk is good for one thing and that is its taste, nothing more.

    muscle milk = fat
    they do taste good though, i usually get one a week from the gym when im bulking in the winter. i like banana and mocha joe. but like most others...normally i stick to ON especially now that they have their standard protein in banana creme flavor...yum

    keep in mind tho, that 80% of the added fat in Muscle milk comes from MCT oil, which are good for energy along with aiding in burning fat...

    It tastes good and has the protein I am looking for. I use it while bulking.

    the Stuff is in there because its a pre-sleeep shake. it will burn the fats instead of the protien and hit you over a longer period of time...7hrs is kinda stretching it though

    if my daily fats are still in check for cutting would muscle milk be beneficial or the fats in there not considered efa's and should just stick w/ maybe a pack of peanuts or flax to fullfill my needed fats for the day
