Vitamin B12...

Can i take Vitamin B12 capsuals to order just off the net or does it need to be injectable... i want to use it for increased appitite... whats a good dosage ? my appitite is poor - i want a substancial increase...

Capsules or any Vit-B12 doesnt seem to be absorbed well when adminitsered orally.

Injectable is the way to go IMO, 1000mcg/ED.

I plan on cutting my test with it, so I will do 2 cc's a week. Not really sure how much I will benefit from it.

b12 inj is briliant, I furking love the stuff!! Better moods, energy and hunger! Not good for cutting though, however it makes food that I normally hate seem nice!

I get mine in a sub-lingual capsule (dissolves under tongue). Its only like 2-3 bucks for 60 of em and there 2,500mcgs. I have never tried the injectable and Im sure its better but I take two of these a day and there is a very noticeable increase in energy.
