    Simple question!

    For breakfast i take 100grams oats+yogurt, and after that i a powdered protein.

    Is it to take a whey protein for breakfast or is it better a mixture of whey+caesin?

    I don't take casein for breakfast.

    After the fast through the night. How they get the name "break" "fast", you are breaking the fast. Anywho, you want a protein that quickly absorbs, which would be whey. You shouldn't need any slow digesting protein if you eat every couple hours from there on like most good diets do.

    Only time I take casein is at night before bed.

    my breakfast consist of a protein fruit smoothie. its a fruit smoothie and 3 scoops of cytogainer(whey and complex carbs). but whey and oatmeal would suit just fine IMO.

    miss your protein with the oats, makes them taste a hell of a lot better.
