    Liquid BCAA's

    Question,
What are your opinions on all in-one BCAA liquid supps
I see some guys take the different BCAA's seperatly at different times.

What are the advantaged of sperating the different Amino's? or are guys just wasting their time?

What times are you guys taking what Aminos?

Twinlab's Liquid Aminos is great stuff, and pretty cheap.
you can probably look around and find better prices, but heres one I just found to show which is cheap.

I still take NOW brand BCAA powder on top of that.

Studies proven that only the aminos that say BCAA contains those necessary aminos for quick diggest, and those that says power,fuel,4000,5000 or mega are crap, those contain aminos that are not the ones the body needs!!

one day i bought that twinlab amino fuel, and to me the same results with or without it!!
and i forgot taaste like a bad mango!!!
