Clen and natural thyroid function

I just found out today that my natural thyroid function is down and I will be taking a med to bring it back up to where it should be. My question is this: I've got to go back in a month or so to get retested and make sure the dose given is right and if not adjust it accordingly. Will the clen that I'm taking have any effect on my thyroid function and possibly give me skewed results when I go back for the retest?
