    Question Creatinine levels

My blood test came back and my creatinine levels high or border line. They were at 1.4. Doc tols me to get off and tested me 3 weeks later and they went down to 1.2! I was taking CEE for a few months. I have now started a hard training regimen and I am missing my supplement? Is there something I can take that won't affect my kidneys. How about NO2, Glutamine, BCAA's and possibly tribulus? I would really like some advise! Will Creatine mono have same effect!

aminos are the building blocks of proteins, and if i'm not mistaken, NO2 is an amino (arginine). so i would assume that it's safe for the liver

I'm sorry I meant safe to the liver. Someone told me that creatine and just workingout period will raise creatinine levels so not to worry and take the creatine. What do you guys think??

I agree. Low bouts of cardio can also raise creatinine levels.

Kuddos though for investing in yourself by getting your levels checked.
