ECA is a good stack. Jdavis2007 let me know how your Yohimbine HCL/Clen/ethanol alcohol goes, plus how much of each do you take ED?

IMO, for someone who is asking if we have heard of an ECA stack the above recommendation might be a bit steep for a new user who has not even tried the ECA.

I would suggest that you research the effects of the ECA, and if you need the additional benefits the supp offers, start there and work your way up from there.

Righto! If diet and cardio are not on track, ECA is not going to help much. ECA increases fat loss about 2-3%. The reason people swear by it is the added boost to perform better in the gym.

It is not a magic pill. Make sure you research to correct way to run the stack and rock out with your cock out dude!

    Good Luck

Fat burners are pretty much worthless...

THe key is High intensity training/diet and cardio...

I find the best fat-loss supps are the ones not directly geared at fat-loss

Chromium picolinate: maintenance of blood sugar

B-complex vits: aide in release of energy from food ingested.. stress maintenance

Vitamin C: stress maintenance (moderating stress is important because high stress= High High cortisol alters fat distribution and glucose tolerance)

    That's the basics..

Now we add a stimulant: Ephedrine HCL(+ caffeine HCL.. Yohimbe HCL optional).. speed up the metabolism; increase the rate of fatty acid mobilisation

I also find an over-looked area of fat-loss supplementation is estrogen control: i.e 60X0
