INjectable vitamins
Ok so basically everyone knows about B12 and its pro's...But what about other vitamins? should they be injected intramuscular as well? The reason I ask is becuase with b12 you really cant take it orally unless its in extreme dosage and therefore is useless unless injected. What about say b-6? or anyother vitamin? Are they useless unless injected?
