    B5 for acne

    Has anyone used B5 (pantothenic acid) in doses of 5000mgs or more per day and had it "NOT" work for them....while on gear??

    Ive used it at 10g's-15g's before. To be honest, I didn't notice it working, then again, I only have mild to little acne to start with. Just my 2 cents.
