    Question Which Supplement

    Hey I run 5 K's in addition to weightlifting. which Supp's would you all recommend before running to help improve and give me a boost. I use No explode before lifting for it but going to No Shotgun because of recommendations here. Would No Shotgun/ Amp before running be recommended? Any hel0p would be appreciated. Thanks

    For me, with running, I just drink Gatorade. Before I play ball or run 9 miles, Ill down a pint (16oz) or a little more and I seem to last longer and feel good doing it, no cramps no nothing. Thats my opinion on running. For weights, Id go with NO Shotgun. From the reviews on here, that stuff is amazing. Ive been meaning to try it myself.

    To tell you the truth I am not sure if NO shotgun would help with running, but with lifting I love it. I just started this last weekend and it is working for me. To give yourself a boost before running you may want to try ephedra

    hey bro, try to endurox r4....stuff works well i hear, its different from gatorade, more vitamins and what not, has aminos, and a lot less sugar. my runner friends rave about it.
