I would take the bannana out and put raw oatmeal in instead. Adds 150cals per serving, 5 more grams of protein, good fibre and a good slow digesting carb.

Oatmeal is really good stuff. I go through 15 servings a day!
Your shake looks really good to. I don't eat bananas because of the sugar content.
The 40g of carbs you've got listed are probably maltodextrose, which is basically sugar, so the banana is just adding more sugar.
After Max by Optimum seems like a good product. I also use the oatmeal idea. It would be perfect since the 40 carbs in After Max is all sugar(fructose/dextrose). Plus the glutie is CreaPure(best stuff). Hope it works.BTW gator, the sooners will bring the title back to Norman.![]()
