how should I take my M1T now that I have bumped to 20 mg (two pills) a day?? upstate has told me to spread it out since the halflife of M1T is 12 hours, so take one at wake up and then one 10-12 hours later...now I am wondering if this is taking away from my workout since I am not taking both when I wake up..
will it hurt if I take both at once? or is it best to split them up?
