    Exclamation Dhea 25....?

    Is DHEA 25 from GNC worth buying? From what im told its to help increase natural Test in the body ( which mine are really low ), but also can increase Estrogen ( dont want to do )....any1 know if this is true?

    -Any1 use DHEA, and what were ur results....

    humm, this is my delema:

    I have very low Test Levels (free Testosteron) and would like to in crease it.

    range is 270-1000, mines 225. and has been even lower.

    been lifting for many years on and off. How can I increase my free test levels? Just lifting doesnt seem to be working, cause I have my Test levels checked every so often (blood Test) and thought about using AS, but cant afford to fail a drug test, what can i do?

    (free testosteron is whats used to create new muscle)

    thanks for the info...

    anyhow, i high protein diet can help...and you may want to go post in the supplement forum, since most of us here in the anabolic forum go about raising our test levels a little differently

    tnx for the replies Alpa-male, and K.Biz, I will look into it, but do I still need to worry about estrogen?

    -and would it be good to use with Vanadle and creatine?

    -and can it be bought at local gnc, or vita shop?

    anytime something "new and improved" comes out on the market, everyone swears by it...if youre young, and you diet and exercise regularly, your natty levels arent going to be effected by products like these, period. do as you will though...

    I wish I was young,

    Im in my Late 30's now, and really starting to feel the effects of low-test. Asked my doc, but hes less then interested in giving me treatment since in the US, its forbiden to put pp with low test on drugs, to improve the health. I wanted to try to do it natural......but I have the feeling Im gunna be trying alt methods.

    did i misunderstand this? hrt is very, very common here in the states...one doc i go to has a little questionnaire/poster on his wall, quizzing about effects of low test levels in men, and to ask the dr. about trt...there are wellness clinics everywhere...maybe i misunderstood you...

    nope, my doc willnt treat, and I wasnt aware of other methods/means to have this treated, were would I look into for info?
