Melatonin Plus

Just purchased this product for sleep aid..

Researched on the forum, but could not come across what an effective dosage is

Each tablet contains 3mg Melatonin w/ 25mg Theanine

I tried it last year. It didn't help me sleep any better. Benedryl works good for me.

8mg works for me, any less than that does nothing, any more makes it hard to get up.

8mg and i'm out inside 30 mins, and it usually takes me 3+ hours to get to sleep....I love it

Benadryl works great for me. Knocks me out. Gravol also works well too.
