When anyone is trying to cut, their best friend should be their water bottle. 2 gallons of water a day. Obviously, while it isn't a good idea to completely replace water for another liquid, try switching it up just a little bit. For example, for every 32 oz. of water that you drink, have 8oz. of green tea, gatorade, etc. and so on and so forth. Simple
