    Muscle Milk at night

    I heard taking Muscle Milk at night is bad for you because it makes you pretty fat. Is this true>?

    how many threads are we going to have of this junk. muscle milk is a bad protien drink!. but it taste like ****in heaven. thats all u have to no.

    I hate that shit. Sure, it tastes good but so do shakes from McDonalds..so there ya go.

    I think its got like 8g saturated fat per scoop

    I keep this stuff on hand. Sometimes i can't eat every 2.5 hours at work, so once in a while i'll have a shake to hold me down for an hour or so.
