Hey guys,
I am now trying to cut... I am 192 cm , 102 kg with bf% around 25...
My diet will be clean as possible and I will throw in some ECA 2 doses per day but I have 2 questions...
1) I heard aout that ECA and Benadryl thing ut I didn't understand it.. They said : Benadryl every third week for continious use.. Does it mean the following ??
week 1 : ECA
week 2 : ECA
week 3 : ECA + Benadryl
week 4 : ECA
week 5 : ECA
week 6 : ECA + Benadryl ..............and so on...
And what is the dose of Benadryl by the way ????
2) I am too ust to go to gym for running and so so, I decided to buy a treadmill at home ... but I found it a little pricey.. So, I am thinking of buying that bike ... Is it effective as the treadmill ???
I am thinking of doing cardio like that:
5 days a week : 30 minutes on the bike before breakfast.
The lifting days ( 4 days a week ) : 30 minutes after workout.
I need your feed back please.
