    Cutting issues

    Hey guys,

    I am now trying to cut... I am 192 cm , 102 kg with bf% around 25...
    My diet will be clean as possible and I will throw in some ECA 2 doses per day but I have 2 questions...

    1) I heard aout that ECA and Benadryl thing ut I didn't understand it.. They said : Benadryl every third week for continious use.. Does it mean the following ??

    week 1 : ECA
    week 2 : ECA
    week 3 : ECA + Benadryl
    week 4 : ECA
    week 5 : ECA
    week 6 : ECA + Benadryl ..............and so on...

    And what is the dose of Benadryl by the way ????

    2) I am too ust to go to gym for running and so so, I decided to buy a treadmill at home ... but I found it a little pricey.. So, I am thinking of buying that bike ... Is it effective as the treadmill ???

    I am thinking of doing cardio like that:

    5 days a week : 30 minutes on the bike before breakfast.
    The lifting days ( 4 days a week ) : 30 minutes after workout.

    I need your feed back please.

    Yup thats it! The standard dose is 50mg..I like to take mine right b4 bed because benadryl makes me drowsy

    And second a bike will be just as effective at fat burning as a treadmill...just make sure you're staying in your target heart rate zone!

    You don't need to take anything but good foods and a effective cardio routine.

    In my eyes, thats like someone 130lbs wanting to take AAS because he has not put any work in himself, just wants shortcuts....And will soon find that there is no short cuts if you don't know what your doing.

    so does the benadryl keep the ECA effect up? i've always heard 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off with eca.

    and i wanna second what hellmask said. you don't need ECA bro, you need a great diet and cardio at 25%. you'll see results with that. if you're struggling later on when you've dropped some BF i see no problem in adding it, but now now.
