i thought rem r3g was quite good.
also used sleepeaze from boots ( uk), not the herbal crap. which has been good.
Regular Benedryl works good for me
I've heard that taking ZMA before bed makes you feel fully rested upon awakening. I've also heard you have some crazy dreams too.

Relaxina.... 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before bed time.
Avoid tea, coffee...etc. at least 2 ours before sleep.
