creatine bloat...

just bought some no shotgun and worried bout the bloat, meant to get vitargo but screwed up and got shotgun.

anybody know how bad the bloat is on either, i've heard zero bloat on vitargo but dunno bout shotgun.

No shotgun won't bloat you at all, it has the redline formula in it ( there energry fat burner drink mix in it)

Vitagro is essentially ( Waxy Maize) so woulndt the two products be non-comparable.. i could be wrong..

i dunno if they're comparable, just been lookin at gettin one or the other, decided on vitargo cgsomethin and came home with shotgun

the creatine in shotgun is CEE, which doesnt cause any bloat (never has for me newayz )
