    dextrose and maltodextrin question

    I've never used the stuff for pwo nutrition so i was wondering for you guys that do what brand or source of it do you use and how much.

    I just buy mine at a local winery. Dextrose is simply dextrose. I dont really care of the brand as long as it is Dextrose and Maltodextrine. Personally I have 50gs in total PWO. Others prefer a 2:1 ratio, Carb:Pro

    you can pick up maltodextrin at dps nutrition cheap (NOW brand). I mix it with whey for pwo shake.
