    Creatine putting a strain on the liver

    I wanted to know if creatine putts any stress on the liver?has anyone heard anything on that?

    get some CEE if your scared of creatine beccuase the doses per day are alot smaller than monohydrate

    Nope, never been one good study thats reports, liver, kidney or any other type of side effect related to renal or hepto toxicisty.
