Whats out there to take that will make you vascular and appear "more ripped", etc....
like a pre-contest thing, even though Im not planning on competing, but yeah, you get the point.

some people are just naturally more vascular than others as well. My brother in law is about 13-15% bodyfat and veiny all over whereas I'm 8-9% and not as veiny.

Niacin works pretty well @ around 100mgs for a temporary pump...get ready to turn red tho.
