i use no-explode on days when i need the extra kick.
the orange tastes rank.
you should have a continuous supply of creatine, if that is your source.
I use it only on workout days. Regular creatine is alot cheaper if you want to use it on off days.

Yup, save your money and just take it on your training days plus you don't want to get your body to accustomed to it where you have to start upping the doses.Originally Posted by bigsd67
they do this, not to steal your money, but to keep the creatine levels in your body stable. when i used Noxpld i had cheap monohydrate i used on off days so i didn't waste the pump of the NO.Originally Posted by j4ever41
Like probuilt said, it's for stable creatine levels. I would suggest getting some cheap creatine to use alongside the noxplode and take the creatine e/d. There could also be an arguement about the no-xplode maintaining stable nitric oxide levels though, i dunno.
Just use it when you need that extra kick. Keep in mind these companies want you to take as much of there stuff as possible so you could buy more sooner.
Bump!!! good advise on here. I use iton training days and use a "cheaper" creatine on off days like many others here.
