ZipFizz?
I saw this stuff the other day and was wondering if it would be good for a cheap energy source for lifting, it has no sugar, barely any carbs, no calories, low in sodium, and huge source of b12, what do you guys think the pros and cons would be. I have drank it before and it does give me energy, just wondering if it would be working against me in any way. Seems like a good alternative to the high sugar energy drinks such as monster and redbull.
