    Thumbs down NO Shotgun WTF?

    So today, my first day, took 1.5 scoops, 30 minutes before workout. Get to doing chest first, nothing. No pump, no increase in strength, no better apperance.

    Moved to triceps and biceps. Nothing really. Arms were pretty pumped, but my arms always get that way for bicep workouts.

    The workout took close 1 hour and 45 minutes, and nothing....if there was something, it was very minamal and not worth my money.

    Im pretty dissappointed cuz of all the hype its been getting, but I suppose ev1 is different.

    NO Explode doesnt work, Redline doesnt work, Full Throtle doesnt work, and now, I can scratch off NO Shotgun....is something wrong with me?

    I heard NO3 Overload was crazy stuff, but I am now skeptical as nothing seems to work.
    All I got from shotgun was a headache and yucky tummy feeling...i suck at life

    could it be you trained for almost 2 hours?

    eating less than 3 hrs. b4 workout with any NO product does not give the NO the ability to soak through, it is absorbed into the food as you can imagine, i used to think something was wrong with me when i used to use NO xplode and nothing happened, then i stopped eating before and i found the pumps to be insane.

    about a little over an hour.

    Ill try it again wensday and eat a couple of hours before. Hopefully that was the problem, even though it was an hour, I thought that would be long enough...

    how long before a workout to take it? I did 30 min today...

    Hmmm interesting...heres how I would do it

    Eat...wait 30-45 min take shotgun...wait 30-45 min go lift heavy things

    One thing I noticed was my pumps would be more pronounced earlier in my workout if i waited 45 min after taking to go

    I find I get the best results with NO products when I do not eat solid foods before. Lunch (1130-1200h) is my last food meal then at 1400h I have a meal replacement then train around 1630h. That seems to work well for me.
    If I eat too soon my pumps are not the same.

    This is his first day taking it. How about taking it for a few days to load it in his system.

    When I eat I usually eat 5 egg whites and I wait approximately 20-30 minutes B4 taking NO Shotgun 30-40 minutes B4 my workout. I only use one scoop

    shouldnt require any loading cause all the stuff in it is ethyl ester

    Im not so sure bout that, not disagreeing, Just saying from my situation....I took It all last week and wasnt geting great results besides mild energy boosts, Iv had better boost from mountain dew...

    but this week It worked alot better, lota energy and pumps

    I would be interested in seeing some of the diets that are being implemented with NO Shotgun, i guarantee you that also plays a roll in this "working" for you.

    i take my xplode 45 minutes before workout.i ate light (can of tuna )30 minutes before taking my n.o. xplode worked like magic for me.

    thats very believable as well!

    its gonna affect everyone different and heres another prime example!

    I think your final resort is gonna be some white powder and strong sense of smell if none of those work lol

    yeah when i would have a actual meal within the 2hr range before a work out my pumps wouldnt be anywhere near as intense,......but if i just had a protein shake instead of actual solid food then i would go ape shit in the gym from the crazy pumps...

    same went for any NO product !!!!!!!!!!!

    try a shake before the work out instead of solid food and see how that feels

    Never tried Shotgun. I do use NO Explode though, and it does work for me, maybe even if it is just psychological, I dunno... either way though, the Fruit Punch and Blue Raspberry flavours taste amazing! Lol...

    Have you ever tried iSatori's H+ Blocker? Doesn't taste all that great, but it definitely does something... makes your face tingle! Lol...

    works fine for me, i eat chicken & green beans and then about 30 minutes later take it and head to the gym in another 15.

    well, today...nothing.

    took it 2 hours after eating, waited 45 min, then worked out....nothing...

    shotgun gets a thumbs down from me...

    oh yeah, my diet is in check.....this stuff just doesnt hit me.
