No they're not "the best products" although they may help.
If you're looking to gain muscle theres this product called FOOD! No side effects no pct and 100% anabolic!
Basically what I'm saying is you could take all the otc roids in the world, but if you're diet and training arent in check you will not gain shit. Period. M1T & superdrol are 2 of the most powerful and toxic oral roids ever created that can help you achieve whatever goals you may have, but they're no miracle drug I can assure you that.
Also comparing otc roids like m1t and sd to amino acids like creatine and glutamine is like comparing apples and oranges..it really cannot be done. But if you wanted to compare possible results (if diet and training are in check) of course sd and m1t are gonna put more weight on...they're steroids! But then again there are trade offs between the 2...for example amino acids tend to have little to zero side effects, they do not shut down your hpta, they dont cause liver damage, they dotn screw with your cholesterol levels, they dont elevate your blood pressure etc etc.
