i dont know if we are talking about the same thing but i got this stuff from mex called levo carnitina they have them in chewables and liqiud and injections they work pretty good but the chewables are great yoiu can chew up to four per day they work pretty good for me , but it seems to work bettere if you take them with a fat burner if you wanna lose fat it also keeps your muscle belies nice and full

I used that stuff a long time ago. As I remember, the liquid was supposed to be better but In all honestly neither of it did much for me.
