Help ASAP.

So my bad chlosterol is a little high, and my good is low. My liver AST was pretty high. The top # of my blood pressure is high.

Im in the middle of week3 of my PCT for a PP cycle. Im more than likely sure that its the PP that has given me all this. I have to go get another test in 1 month. Questions:
1. Do I finish my PCT?
2. Should I drop the high protein intake and creatine?
3. Do I continue with all my supporting supps, or is that just more stress on my liver?

I was also looking into this 7 day body cleanse at GNC here:

should I get this? Will it help?

My diet is in check, but I need to get average or above average #'s within 1 month. Any help guys? Answer my questions, any advice or experience with anything like this?

I would finish you pct, and you should have been taking the support supps during pct all along!

I dont know about my test levels.

lol I have been taking my support supps all along, even through PCT. So it should be ok taking all those pills? even though they all go through the liver?

I need them normal cuz thats when I have my next blood test., Also, I just want to be a healthy person.

also, would that 7 day body cleanse do anything?

I think it would be kinda crazy if the support supps we took to help keep us as normal as possible actually "worsened" our internals. Chances are I wont be able to find the post, but i do remember reading that the support supps dont negatively affect liver values, bp, cholesterol etc.

Don't know about cycles, but all I can say (Do to doing a lot and I mean A LOT of research) is don't drop the protien. I don't know about the creatine, but high protien will help you get full faster and maintain your anabolic state and also stimulate your metabolism. Hope that helped.

Your Liver values I would expect, you just finished a Methylated cycle. I would expect those numbers to rebound shortly. What are you taking for your liver? Also what are you taking for cholesterol supprt. I could make a better assement when I see what you are taking.

PCT is clomid and aromasin currently at 70mg of clomid and 25mg aromasin ED
Creatine also, but I dropped it as of yesterday, just cuz Im unsure about it.

Supporting supps:
milk thistle 2100mg ED
FF naicin 1500mg ED
NAC 1200mgED
RYR 1200mg ED
CoQ10 100mg ED
hawthorn berry 1600mg ED
NOW ADAM multi-vitamin

Also, fishoils and flax oils, and vitamin C.

how shortly would you expect my liver values to normalize? few weeks? days?

I would say days - 1 week. the liver heals at a tremendous rate.

Looks good, remember Aromasin is an AI. Low estrogen can affect Cholesterol as well. Typically Cholesterol takes a bit longer to bounce back, all you supps look good and will handle that nicely.

I would drop the Hawthorn Berry and grab yourself some Celery Seed, its real real cheap and damn effective at reducing BP.

Other than that, I would relax. Also don't quote me on this but I believe that RYR would elivate liver enzymes as well. Nothing to worry about, I would maybe just up you anti oxidant intake and finish your PCT. You will be fine.

I just read also, that RYR can mess with the liver, but shouldnt drop it.

not bad enough for meds i believe.
my bad is 135, and it says good 130 and below, but I wanna get it at 100 or so.
my good was at 20, and it says 35 and up is good.

Im not too too worried about bringing down my bad, but rasiing the good, thats a different story...
