    Question Vitamin E



    I wanted to start taking vitamin E on my regular diet, my question is if any of you use it, and how much do you recomend taking per day?

    im taking 1000 iu/ day during my pct in addition to the 150 iu that is in my animal pak multi

    I am still learning on Vitamin E and I wanted to make sure that I don't take too much of it. I think I wouldo do 1000IU a day.

    you need to make sure its a natural source (it should say d-alpha-tocopherol)

    dl-alpha tocopherol is synthitic and dosnt get absorbed by the body as easily.

    I take 400iu everyday, you don't need any higher unless you are over 40years old

    Right on, I find this very important, and something that everyone should look into!! This goes for other vit. too.

    agree, human body accepts d-form on most supplements; not L-form

    what about vit E D-beta tocopherol, D-gamma tocopherol, D-delta tocopherol?
