Dandelion Root?

Im getting ready for a competition and I was thinking of using dandelion root to help get rid of excess water. How much should I take??? I purchased some and the pills are 550mg each. One a day? One an hour?

Has anyone used this method before and what were your results?

Hey bro...
My housemate did a show this past October and he asked me to look into some water shedding supps for him. I was advised taraxatone would be a better alternative to dandellion root...so if you can pick up some taraxatone and use just like its directed...3 pills after morning meal and three pills after mid-day meal

I picked up some EXPEL by MHP....it has 1200mg of an herbal diuretic blend -including dandelion root... I was advised to run ANY water shed pills to the max allowed on the direstions..
