    Muscle hardness.

    Is there any good supplement for muscle hardness, except glutamine?

    well no shit, They SELL glutamine. Do you have an actual study done by a sci. Journal?

    Im not saying glutamine is worthless (but I stoped using it a long time ago after I researched on the board how "Great" it was)

    I just dont understand how a single amino-acid would directly contribute to muscle density.

    Now once again would you care to explain?

    it doesnt, nothing to explain. bcaa's and the like have their place but sure as hell dont increase muscle hardness.

    There's no supplement to increase muscle hardness but you can achieve it by 2 ways :

    1) Strenght not bulk exercises.
    2) AVOID taking creatine monohydrate as it leads to water retention into the muscle and water bloat.
