Advice: Best Legal Supplement for Muscle Gain

Can anyone tell me what legal supplement is the best to gain muscle? I've tried to research this, but every web page I find seems like one big advertisement after another. I heard about 1-Androsterone but I seem to get mixed reviews on it. How do people like that supplement? Are there any others that are better?

    Thanks in advance!

Try looking in the supplements section of this forum, there should be all the info you need.

Creatine ethyl ester. Technically, all prohormones are also illegal under the new law.

How effective was creatine ethyl ester for you? Basically I'm looking for first hand knowledge. I also read that some prohormones are being sold thru a "loophole" in the law. I'm not sure how much I believe that or it's just a way that companies try to swindle unknowledgeable people like me. thanks!

There is this magical legal substance, that will get you HUGE muscles.
Its what all the pro bodybuilders use.
But the only way to get it is to go to GNC
    and tell the cashier,
that you want that legal supplement that will get you HUGE that all the pro bodybuilders use.
If they refuse to give it to you, beat them up

This is the best answer, but i consider protien so vital that it's not even a supplement, but a requirement.
