    More than 10g of creatine per day??? Anyone???

    I read an article where Marcus Ruhl said he takes 50g of creatine post workout. Has any one here used more than 10g per day?? Im just wondering if there is any added benifit to taking more than 10g per day or is it not really going to do much more for you?? Also, If one was to benifit from taking more what would the side effects be, if there were any??

    I messed up a while ago and took 40 gram of it a day and my gallbladder started screaming. I drink almost 2 gallons of water aday. So 10 grams is plenty. 5 and 5 split the doses. There was 5 grams in my gainer x2 aday plus the 5 and 5 split. oooopppsss my bad

    50g a day? damn sounds like a wasting a whole lot of money to me. 10G is fine. stick to the 10G. 5/5 split. PREWO and PWO

    When i use monohydrate... i use 20-40 grams per day.

    Anything less does little for me

    yeh same here, i need to take a lot more than recommeded to get any feeling from it.

    Bro how much water are you drink per day when you are taking that much??

    I dunno. Around 6+ litres

    My water intake is high year-round.. It doesn't change when i add creatine.

    Yeah I drink about 6 liters or so a day year round as well, I was just wondering If im gonna bump my creatine from 10g per day to 30 or 40g per day if I should up my water intake, I guess it doesnt really matter though, if i feel i need more water then Ill drink more if not then ill just keep it the way it is. Ive ran 10g per day for the last few years off and on and it hasnt really done that much maybe im like you and need to take more for it to really work, well see what happens. Thanks.

    I have never really felt to much from creatine before, but at roughly 10 grams a/day the dosage was to low I guess (after reading this thread...)

    The product I have now contains contains ALA, D-ribose, L-karnitine, vit-C(and other stuff) with 20 mg creatin per serving.
    I hope it works this time...

    Ditto... Then i talked to a buddy of mine who swore by it. I asked him how he used it and he basically told me he take 20 grams twice or 3 times per day... So i tried it (varying protocols: 20 grams twice per day; 10-15 gr 4 times per day; etc.)...and it was definately more effective.

    only 20 mg?

    Have you tried the CEE Vitor? (Creatine Ethyl Ester)

    I found it to be very effective as well.

    No, Typo lol, 20000mg per serving(20 gram). Its an Scandinavian brand I have...
    No I havent tried CEE, I think I remember your buddy bajan bastard talked about it too, I will have to look into that.
