Hey, names Brad. 19yr old student studying neutrition/body wellness.
181 lbs, 5'9, 8.9%bf
almost 4 years of good lifting with older builders that tought me right.
I have 2 cycles of ph under my belt (1-ad/M1T),i know ph's r basiclly steroids but I am not starting anything else but ph's till my early 20's
I am about to start my 3rd cycle and it will be M1T.
Pre 1 week-end of pct- 1000 mg silymarin ed(liver)
1500 mcg b-12 ed(combat lathargy/appt)
cycle 1 week-10 mg M1T ed
cycle 2-3 week- 20mg M1T ed
PCT-day 1-2 60mg tomax ed
3-12 40mg tomax ed
13-21 20mg tomax ed
Trib will be used and will also have hawthorn if bp increases
anything else guys? maybe 4-ad is the only thing i can think of but is not required for only a 3 week cycle.
I also heard taking milk thistle(silymarin) is basiclly useless while on the cycle. the most important is pre cycle and post cycle. true of false?

Just make sure to eat a ton of carbs. Lethargy will be pretty bad with just methyl.

and the myth that milk thistle interferes w/ your gains is false too!
that being said your support supp "regiment" you have lined up is pretty piss poor
IMO you MUST have hawthorne berry, flushfree niacin & red yeast rice (cholesterol)
you may want to keep the b-12 going throughout the cycle too as lethargy suckssssssss if you dont want to keep injecting (im assuming its injectable) pick up some ester vitamin c, start dose at 6g/day to help combat lethargy
you may want to think about adding creatine into pct as well to help maintain as much of your gains as possible!

I agree that you're too young, but if you've done two cycles already the damage is done. Tank gave you some great info, use it.

I would run M1Ts for 40 day straight and 20mg per day, I have run two M1T cycles this way and had extremely good results. I wouldnt run milk thisle while you are taking your M1ts I would wait until after you are done, run it with your PCT. Mykas right, they will make you extremely tired, especially if you daily carb intake is too low, Id even think about running some monohydrate with it as well, run it with your M1Ts and all throughout you PCT.

thanks tank, it worked great. day 9 out of 21 and strength has skyrocketed but weight has stayed the same. no other sides but the bloodpressure is a bit high, hawthron hasent done its job yet.
p.s i have grown an inch sence my first cycle, maybe the estrogen dident close my plates

Why would you not use milk thistle during the M1T cycle? It wont interfere with your gains and every form of protection should be used while on rat poison.. Flush free niacin, hawthorn berry, milk thistle, RYR are musts imo. True, you may not FEEL any sides, but they are there, I'd bet any amount of money on it. But most are scared to get blood work done because out of sight, out of mind. If they have a test that shows their hdl levels for example, they cant ignore that.

i am useing thistle during the cycle but i read the most important times to take it are a week before the cycle and during pc, i never said about interfering with the gains.

hey guys, i am on my 2 week mark with m1t and i still have only seen 3 lbs gains in weight, should i up it to 20 mg ed? ant suggestionsss??!! it seems like i am just gettin cut

not too bad, im a lazy fcker anyway so its hard too tell and my life isnt very stressed in the summer either, i work at a gym in the evenings and lay around on the beach allday
