Ive just picked up some Dandelion Root from my local supplement store after much hype from some local body builders at my gym. Who have used the stuff before competition to help get rid of any excess water under the skin.
There are supplement alternatives but cost alot more and danelion root is one of the main ingrediants anyway.
So just thought id pick up plain Dandelion Root so much cheaper.
Anyway im not sure how much to take a day, bottle recommends up 2 three pills a day, but have found information on some websites saying 3 pills three times a day after food.
Just wondering if anyone has tried this stuff, what results did you get? and can anyone help with dosage?
