    MM (SD) Shin Splints

    Any one else get Shinsplints while on SD? Been eating couple bananas a day and taking all supporting supps. Still getting them, sucks even makes cardio longer than usual. Hey guys like always any help appreciated. Yeah I searched, and didn't get any help there. Thanks

    perform proper strecthing before and after i heard helps alleviate shin splints

    funny that you say that. When I did my first SD cycle, it seemed as if I got shin splints. I just stopped running and did the walking fat burn cardio.
    Now Im fine, run all I want.......weird.

    shins killed me...only cardio iwas able to do was walking...no running or any high impact....cardio also gave me killer back pumps while on the MM

    i had the same problem when i did cardio while on PP

    Wish there was a supp could take to decrease them..feel like getting kicked in shins by midget in leprauchaun outfit... ( yeah that did happen to me once at party)

    I suffer from shin splints on a regular basis mainly because I have flat feet. I ALWAYS take a few ibuprofen before I run. Seems to work okay for me.

    Trying slow run on treadmill.. about 5.5 mph..Thats keep my heart at around where I need to be for fatburning..Try to keep it at about 75%. Walking just don't seem to do the trick.. I stretch good and be getting plenty of potassium this is just really weird. I just wonder what causes it? At least I'm not the only one who gets them from SD.

    i think it may be the fact that you're running (even though its slow)...you should try some (as bigsexy states it) "walking girly man crap" such as walking on an incline, or (god forbid LOL) the elliptical

    lol, its true, but ya know, walking on that incline sure is nice.

    Why dont you try the exercise bike? That should work swell, and no shin splints.

    yeah guess try something else next couple weeks. Just curious what causes it. Thought at first could be cramps due to dehydrated. Up my water to 3 gallons a day ( yeah wearing bathroom out) still didn't help with them though. I reckon I'll do elliptical or bike and have to listen to you all make fun of my girly man crap for a while.

    Did elliptical and stairmaster today.. guess stick with this for next couple weeks...got good cardio in no Shin Splints... ( Tank I did have to stop several times to readjust the panties though LOL)
