I am thinking about starting the ECA Stack, but I still have a lot of questions that need to be answered. I researched everything on this site and many other sites on google. Should I be doing any running (mostly sprints) while on this stack? I heard some suggestions to not do it, but other said it wouldn't affect you. Also, how long would I have to take it before I workout because I workout 5 times a week. Does asprin do anything? People say it does, and people say it doesn't. Ah it's just oh so confusing lol!
