I've been thinkin bout goin on creatine to get my abs back and my muscle mass back. I'm 135 lbs i left myself go a long time ago and i wanna get every back again. Does creatine come in powder or pills or capsules? Do i have to work out as im taking it? How fast does creatine work? I heard that in 2 weeks u will take notice of the build of muscle mass and abs. Not to be sick but i heard that in increases penis size a few inches after 4 weeks.

First thing creatine is not a steroid so this is in the wrong forum. Second thing of course you have to work out AND have a good diet for ANYTHING to build muscle and abs. It comes in powder and capsules. It doesn't do much if anything for some people, like myself. It may make you hold a little water which can make someones penis appear to be a little larger on flacid but this is not something typically thought of as being a side effect of creatine.

He must be young lol. Creatine comes in all types like pills, powders,and capsules. Yes, you have to work out while taking it. Creatine isn't magic. If you take creatine, muscles just wont appear in a few days you got to work your ass off for it. Also, you will not get abs by taking creatine and working them out. Abs is all about bodyfat so you will need to do cardio and eat a good diet. Make your penis bigger? Wow... The penis is not a muscle and is an organ so there is no way you could make it bigger by using creatine.
