    Bulking supplements

    I'm currently trying to increase my muscle mass and was wondering are there any really good bulking supplements you guys can recommend. I was thinking of using NO2, Tribulus Terrestris and maybe some other stuff.

    Food, thats all you need,

    your 18 you dont need tribulus, your test levels are the highest they'll ever be naturally.

    If you care post your typical diet in the diet forum. Thats the best place to start.

    After you've established an eating plan then you could use some creatine and protein powder.

    yeah i would say perhaps some creatine and protien. but u dont even need that. if your food intake is high you will bulk up pretty quickly. u would be amazed at what food can do

    and trib is definetly not needed. u dont need extra test because... well your not going to be able to produce more.... natrually

    definatly a lot of food but good food dont eat crap fast food to bulk up and the only suggestion i would have is protein drink thats about it

    Creatine ( I like RawMCC and CEE)
    Glutamine Peptides
    Whey Isolate
    and Oatmeal are good as far as supps go for bulking
