about 500 cals
50grams pro
100 grams carbs.
This is like the 10th thread this guy has started concerning weight gain and everyone says the same damn thing, EAT!
Cytogainer is pretty good. But, like everyone else said, nothing beats real food. Eggs, tuna, and lean meats are the best way....usually less expensive too.
Whey (chocolate)
Oats
Peanut butter
3-4 eggs
milk/water
Blend and enjoy.

REMEMBER CAL'S IN VS CAL'S OUT you just need more in than out dosent really matter where they come from..... ive seen a pro's cutting diet that was 1500-1700 cals and 1000 of which came from carbs to keep his energy up and not feel like a pile of poo while cutting......

1 banana
1 cup oats
that should put you somewhere around 1000 cals with that shake.
If you want an affordable ready made weight gainer I would take Muscle Juice 2544. In water it gives you 1,000 calories, 55 grams of protein, 152g of Carbs and 13g of BCAA's its my preferred weight gainer. It doesnt taste too bad either. Take twice daily if you are an insanely hard gainer such as myself....but dont forget like all these other guys said you need to eat eat EAT! otherwise those two shakes a day wont matter.
shop bought gainer is just sugar and whey and fat, how do you think they get so many cals in there. If we could build muscle drinking sugar then we would all look like ronnie and be very happy with out sugary diets. Unfortunately it isnt that easy. Make your own shake out of quality ingredients or eat more whole foods.
Thats right. You have to eat but if you do wanna throw in a gainer I used True Mass for a few months to bulk and then back to muscle milk when I packed it on to get rid of fat. Eat right and work out and youll get the weight you want

-4 crushed up Dbol tabs
-1 cup of liquid winny
Take this shake 1-2 a day.
