    Wuz up fellas. Just got my Myogenx. Is it best to take it with food??

    Its best to take with food if your stomach upsets easily. I think AR said it might have something to do with the zinc thats in it.

    some take with food, it doesn't matter to me, it does not effect my stomach.. I usually take it with my shake..

    Thanks fellas. i took my first with the food and it went down fine. I also drank one of those small ginseng Panax bottles with it. I don't know what happened but I rocked my girl for lunch!!! Good start; probably mental but whatever works!!!! I'll keep everyone posted!
