I love my cytogainer. I dont see how that stuff can be bad for a PWO shake. Its good since I dont like using 80 carbs after I lift I take 2 1/2 scoops and 1 scoop of On whey and blend away. 50 pro/50 carb and last a long time since ur doubling the 6 pound jug. One 2 1/2 pound on whey and 6 pound cyto lasts me nearly 2 1/2 months.
yea corey i do the same exact thing with the cytogainer 2 scoops and one scoop of on whey best PWO shake there is i think..and it taste amazing!!!
I use 2 scoops of Whey a half scoop of muscle milk for flavor and 2 scoops of Vitirgo by Nutrex.
Whey and dextrose....then a solid PPWO meal..
definatly 100% any brand after a workout whey is the fastest absorbing protein which you need for after your workout muscle milk has casein in there which is a slower absorbing protein it has whey also but id stay away post workout and just go straight whey and you can add the dextrose for carbs
